Hyderabad: India’s largest network of dialysis centers NephroPlus has announced plans to hire over 2,000 clinical staff over the next 12 months as it foresees huge demand for dialysis technicians.

Finding that India has a dearth of skilled technicians, the company has decided to increase the number of franchisees of its Enpidia Training Academy, which offers a diploma degree in dialysis with a focus on Hemodialysis.

NephroPlus, which currently runs 11 institutions with 100 students each across India, plans to scale its intake by signing up another 14 franchisees.

“We not only provide a solid foundation to these students to become the finest dialysis technicians but also kickstart their career as well by guaranteeing them a job at Nephro-Plus after they graduate,” said its founder and chief executive Vikram Vuppala.
