Life is a vacation for Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma. Looks like Virat Kohli’s birthday celebrations have extended into a long vacation, glimpses of which the power couple have been sharing on their Instagram feed. On Thursday morning, Virat and Anushka made us green with envy with photos of their breakfast view and also of themselves in the “lap of the Himalayas,” as mentioned by Anushka on her Instagram story. Meanwhile, here’s what wrote Virat: “When you get a chance to come close to the beauty of nature, thoughts cease and you become one with the moment and merge with the divine energy. So grateful.”

In one of Anushka’s Instagram stories, prankster Virat Kohli can be seen photobombing the Himalayas because why not? He makes an ROFL cameo in Anushka’s nature-appreciating video. “Appreciating God’s creations, including the one that’s showed up last,” she hilariously captioned her story. On November 5, Virat Kohli celebrated his 31st birthday amidst the calm and quiet of nature with just his “soulmate” by his side in Bhutan. Anushka’s birthday greeting for Virat on Instagram came with a stunning photo of the duo: “This one is my blessing. My friend, My confidante, My one true love. I hope you find the light guiding your path always and may you choose to do the right thing every time. Your compassion is what makes you a good leader and I pray that you always have that in abundance. Happy birthday, my love.”

In another post, Virat described his birthday vacation away from the hustle and bustle of city life as a “blessing”: “What a blessing to be able to visit such divine places with my soulmate. Also thank you everyone for your kind wishes from the bottom of my heart.”

Earlier, Anushka wrote about her trekking experience with Virat, when they were offered tea by a local family, who greeted them as just “two tired trekkers.”

Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli had a destination wedding in December 2017. On the work front, Anushka Sharma was last seen in Zero. Virat Kohli will next be seen in action in the Test series against Bangladesh.
