A US woman will be charged over a crash in which teenage motorcyclist Harry Dunn died, the family’s spokesman said.
Mr Dunn, 19, died in the road crash in Northamptonshire in August that led to the suspect, Anne Sacoolas, leaving for the US under diplomatic immunity.
