FSS appoints Rakesh Sinha as Chief Revenue Officer for SAARC region

CHENNAI: Chennai-headquartered Global provider of integrated payments products FSS has roped in Rakesh Sinha as its Chief Revenue Officer for the SAARC region, according to a release.

The C-suite appointment comes as a part of the company’s redefined strategy to increase customer engagement and enhance customer experience. Sinha joins the leadership team at the Mumbai Office and will work closely with Global Business Head Ram Chari, Global Business Head, FSS.

Nagaraj Mylandla, CMD for FSS said Sinha’s expertise in building high performance teams across multiple geographies will help scale the business aggressively in the SAARC region. “His experience and credibility, hinging on outstanding customer support and service delivery, will help us strengthen our relationships with our existing and prospective clients. With him on board, we aim to sharpen the focus on customer experience and deliver superior customer service across our offerings,” he said.

Sinha had been mentoring fintech start-ups after he after heading Sales and Business Development for India and South Asia for financial technology company in the BFSI sector Intellect Design Arena. At FSS, he will be leading Sales, Customer Management, Service Delivery and Regional Marketing for the SAARC region, said the release.

FSS (Financial Software and Systems) offers an integrated portfolio of software payments products, hosted payments services and software payments solutions built over three decades. FSS’ payments suite powers retail delivery channels including ATM, POS, Internet and Mobile as well as critical back-end functions including cards management, reconciliation, settlement, merchant management and device monitoring.
