Play Street Fighter 6 ahead of official launch: Here’s how to sign up for the open beta

Street Fighter 6 is set in a fictional Asian country called Nayshell and features a single-player story-driven mode called World Tour. The upcoming title will also let you play in Versus, Team Battle and Extreme Battle modes.

What comes as a surprise is that Street Fighter 6 also includes RPG elements like consumable items and food that lets players enjoy various perks. Players can also indulge in multiplayer battles from ‘Battle Hub’ and enjoy ranked matches. Street Fighter 6 open beta will start on May 19 and end on May 22.

How do I sign up for the open beta?

To get access to the beta, you need to create a Capcom ID if you don’t have one.

Now, link it to your account to the console or PC you want to play the game on. To do this, login to your Capcom ID account page and select the link option under the ‘external account links’ section.

Chose the platform you want to link your account with (PC, Xbox or PlayStation) and tap on ‘link with’ button to sign in your Steam, Xbox Live or PlayStation Network account.

Once done, download Street Fighter 6 from the official website and you will get access to the open beta. The beta will be available for pre-download on May 16, so make sure you download the game before the open beta is live.
