  2. Does anyone know if Jeff takes any fat burners or creatine? I’ve always wondered because his body type is the exact physique I want and i need to know if his physique can be attained by just taking protein and nothing else

  3. Saw several comments about the free workout contest. I have been here the first minute and at the 58th minute. Had just told my grandson I am never going to win. Then I won. The odds are if you keep it up for a year, you have a great chance of winning. But be careful what you ask for, it is a killer workout.

  4. Jeff – first of all thank you for everything you do. Your coaching advice is invaluable. That said – I'm 48. I train for obstacle course races such as Spartan, Tough Mudder, and, because I live in Wisconsin, the Abominable Snow Race. A recent physical revealed my body fat at 15% with a BMI of 22. Calisthenics coaches I follow have mentioned a target body fat down in the 10-12% range. So – is this a good idea? Will there be performance benefits? And second, do you have thoughts and/or tips for post workout fasting?
