After being one of the most popular chat platforms in India, the next big thing for WhatsApp is to make people shop and make payments. WhatsApp had recently rolled out the “shopping button” by replacing the dedicated voice call button, making it clear that it is readying itself to take on giants like Amazon and Flipkart.
